Holding Space for the Lows & the Highs

As psychologists supporting clients with Type 1 Diabetes, we often hold the tension between clinical care and lived reality. Supervision at Slow Release Psychology offers a reflective space to unpack the emotional highs and lows—yours and your clients’—with guidance from someone who understands both professionally and personally.

These sessions are reflective, non-judgmental, and grounded in both evidence-based practice and real-world experience.
